These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and applications published by UO Games ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading or playing our games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our games.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with UO Games.

All content in our games — including graphics, code, characters, names, sounds and music — is owned by or licensed to UO Games and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Advertising and Third-Party Content

Our games may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks and may contain links to third-party content. We are not responsible for the content, products or services of third parties.

5. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any of our games (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that any game will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our games at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them.
