Data Deletion Requests

This page explains how to request deletion of the data associated with your device for Air Traffic Master (com.uogames.airtrafficmaster), Sablume (com.uogames.sablume) and other games by UO Games (all also available on the Apple App Store).

What data is involved?

Our games do not use accounts and do not collect your name, address or phone number. The data that can be associated with your device is limited to:

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA) processed by Google AdMob to serve ads;
• Push notification token and basic device information processed by OneSignal (only if you allowed notifications);
• Coarse, IP-derived location (country/region level) and ad-interaction data used by the advertising service.

Game progress and high scores are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the game.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to originalshop35@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the name of the game (for example, "Air Traffic Master" or "Sablume") and, if possible, your device model.
3. We will delete the associated data held by us and forward your request to our service providers (Google AdMob, OneSignal) within 30 days, and we will confirm by email when it is completed.

Delete data yourself, instantly

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID. This permanently unlinks past ad data from your device.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for the game (and/or Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising).
• Notifications: disable in system notification settings — the push token becomes inactive.
• Uninstalling the game stops all data collection and removes locally stored progress.
